Just before the song, Spike keeps asking if she failed, but Twilight never answers, she just looks sad. Maybe she's actually passed the test to graduate as Celestia's student, and now she is expected to return to Canterlot full time to work as her Court Magician or something. But if the show did that, what would happen? Status Quo Is God, they're probably not REALLY gonna have Twilight move away, and if it was from the Season Finale they wouldn't have it animated already.

It shouldn't be that hard to find Ginger rage, given the number of times it happened. Just go through the history.

Update on the computer Situation: Negotiations are in affect for determining my current funds level for the school year this fall How much I pay for myself. If Negotiations go well I will be able to acquire a decent I5 CPU and an equivalent GPU (Radeon HD 6760), and a A Srock 35|Cafe Motherboard for a good price. At this point I will spend quality time building my computer.

In other words Angry Bat is Satisfied for now.

@Spade: Yeah, but here's the thing: people are thinking this is the final season (mostly based off a head count of the thirteen episodes and nothing else), and thirteen episodes is usually enough to tell some sort of arc. I'm thinking they'll pull something like the GGG in S1 and mention it every so often until the finale where it's right there in your face. Though you could be right and this would be defied due to Status Quo Is God, and also because (in my mind) separating the Bearers of the Elements would be a bad thing, if the circumstances behind Discord's release (that his seal is weakened when Luna and Celestia had their fight and when the elements switched hooves) was any indicator.

This is why I think the two songs are connected somehow. Maybe the final part of Twilight's test has to do with the Crystal Ponies or whatever.
