After spending ages defending Gilda, there's one thing that I've hust noticed:

Gilda tried to kill Pinkie! Why didn't she bring THAT up when talking to Twilight. She mentions Gilda popping her balloons, but says nothing of the attempted murder

yet another example of Pinkie's terrible communications skills.

That scene was funny. And when scene is funny Pinkie becomes Looney Tunes character and she can't be hurt.

But yes, that thing is also reason why Gilda is not on my favorites list and I don't whant her back.

^Maybe Gilda is Genre Savvy about cartoon physics and the ponies' squishy marshmallow bodies.

All ponies seem to be Nigh Invulnerable, with the exception of Twilight in "Pinkie Keen." AJ fell off that platform quite a bit in "Applebuck Season, " and RD has crashed into a number of things at high speeds.

So she's a white dwarf obviously. Small in size, but big in mass.

It seems this thread moves slowly when I'm watching, but it's super fast when I'm not on.

^^^I think everyone is at least fond of the Mayre. (Man, it's hard to contract 'mayor' and 'mare' into one word, though they sound similar.) I like her, even if she isn't that useful. =)

Actions speak louder than words. She seemed like a much more effective and scary villain than she really was. And just because someone looks cute doesn't mean they're nice.
