Today, I have a friend coming over to my house who got intreasted in mlp fim after I told him about it. I'm probably gonna show him "Sonic Rainboom" and "Briddle gossip" first, since those were the first two episodes that I watched.

My headcanon: pegasi got no much family ties or care about it. D Ash's parents didn't go to the hospital to see her, and she didn't even think about that.

So that's not like Fluttershy money come from parents.

@osias My headcanon concerning Fluttershy is that she came from a wealthy family, but because she was a poor flier, they've abandoned her.

I also explained alot of things to him beforehand, and he's a pretty open-minded person in general. When I told him about some of the background pony's, he found the concept's of Lyra and Derpy pretty funny. And he's intreasted in the fact that the charectors have actual personality to them and arn't just cardboard cut-outs to sell toys.

@Sky: Seriously? I always personal-fanon'd that she wasn't particularly well-off, but has a bloodline leading back to Dream Valley Posey. Also she gets a reasonable amount of bits from being the animal caretaker and druid/ranger of Ponyville, not enough to make her anywhere near RICH, but enough to let her live comfortably. Angel's jerkness extends to his rich appetite, which will bite him in his fuzzy tail one day for going out of his way to make Fluttershy spend much of her pay on his extravagant salad meals.

As for the income, I'd like to think ponies just give her money randomly, but the government job seems more likely.

If so, would she offer so many to Dashie, without a lot a formal paperwork? I thought they were all hers.
