It's real. My little bro bought it for me. He's a weapons freak and doesn't settle for anything but honest to goodness killin' weapons. I once saw him chop more than a foot into a limb with it in one strike.

It's a modern thing, not a replica of an old style or anything so I don't know exactly what it's called. It's a combination machete-katana. The blade's about two feet long, and so is the hilt, to give plenty of room for a two handed grip. The blade is straight and single edged. It flies straight really well if you throw it. It's very sharp, very durable, and only costs $20.

He bought an AK47 before he left for Florida. He's in the Marines now, so he doesn't have any weapons on him currently, they're all at my mom and dad's house.

Although if he ever gets deployed I'm sure he'd bring a sword along if they'd let him (they won't).
