That first one's really more of a cabinet, isn't it? So yeah, that bit of a shelf's underside does help fill in the other corner while adding a little variety.

It's supposed to be a bookshelf. I just haven't bothered to add in the books yet. lol.

Now that you mention it, though, it does look kinda cabinetty (I think it's how narrow it is). Thanks for the help! I know how I'm going to finish this up now. :D

Oh okay, I was seeing the open spaces as "drawers" with weird reflections until right after I posted.

Derpy is like combination of Rose and Donna. She is perfect for 10th Doctor Whoof. And she could be explanation of Pegasus Doctor Whoof in Sonic Rainboom.

Just because some other backgroud pony is named Rose it not mean that she should take role of DW Rose. MLPFIM Rose have much diffrent personality.

I think he was objecting to the implication that the background pony Rose would make a better companion for doc. whooves than derpy, on the basis that The Doctor has had a companion named Rose - apparently Derpy, despite having no cannon personality besides 'clumsy' and 'muffins', has a similar personality to a combination of the doctor's past companions.

More the issue, I think, is where that came from. Seriously, did I miss a part of a conversation, or something? I thought we were talking about drawing bookshelves, or something?

Ninjashy goes around rescuing animals in trouble with her stealth and deadly power of moe.

About that confusion about Rainbow Dash being the leader of the team. Really she was the most competent leader, you see that by the end of the episode Rainbow Dash had already done pretty much everything she needed to do and was just being pulled in two directions by the Animal Team and the Crops Team so she couldn't clear the clouds in a matter of seconds until the Animal Team were done. Her only problems were Ditsy Doo (who seemed to show up by the end anyway) and Pinkie Pie.

This picture of Flutterbitch seems like something right out of◊ Revolutionary Girl Utena. In particular, it looks like Touga's younger sister.

I always thought the ice was Twilight's fault, not Pinkie's, similar to how it was her fault that Rarity hadn't done her job

I can understand Twilight being the cause of Rarity's failures since it was her nest that Rarity was obsessing over the whole time (can't help but think that every year Rarity will obsess over a nest since I doubt she does it perfectly every time). I don't really get how it could be her fault that Pinkie failed since she seemed to get right back to work after Twilight left.

I remember someone explaining Rarity using magic during Winter Wrap Up as that since Rarity wasn't a powerful Unicorn, if she was incapacitated somepony else could do her job. But since Twilight is such a powerful Unicorn, she could probably do a lot of Winter Wrap Up solo with magic so if she was incapacitated it would be hard to replace her. In a place like Canterlot which is full of Unicorns, it would be easy to replace a Unicorn so Winter Wrap Up is done by magic. But in Ponyville which doesn't have many Unicorns it is safer long term to do it without magic.

Unrelated note: I was watching Merlin last night and when they said Camelot I thought they'd made a mistake since I'm so used to Canterlot.

It was more I thought that Twilight's brief skating excursion somehow managed to ruin all of Pinkie's work, rather than Pinkie herself doing anything wrong

But yeah, one thing you noitice about this series is how tight every scene is, and how information-rich are the ponies' facials. There is art there, art. Rarity's utter annoyance around prince charmless is hilarious: usually only Twilight wears that expression. And I checked out Ep. 1: it was hilarious to see how incredibly antisocial Twilight used to be... she reminds me of my younger self.

Then I rememeber "the return of harmony" and her kicking the crap out of everyone and I can't help but smile. Still a case of Idiot Ball though.
