I said: "two of the most popular", not that they were the most popular.

It's just that neither Derpy, nor Dr Whooves seem to have any fanon pairings with anyone else. Maybe that's why they're always put together

What I find odd is that Doctor Whoof is usually paired with Ditzy Doo as his companion when we have an actual character named "Rose". Not a Fan Nickname but a background pony actually named Rose, has entire lines of dialogue and some semblance of a canon personality, even if its a Running Gag.

Maybe I just don't understand Doctor Who fans well enough.

The red haired pony with a rose cutie mark in this is Rose. Her toy is named "Roseluck" so a lot of fans call her that, but she's specifically just called "Rose" in "Bridle Gossip"

Isn't Derpy paired with Carrot Top nowadays? Though I suppose the DW companion thing predates that. I'm not very up on my fandom pairings.

One bookshelf it is! The composition is awesome. I'm horrible at that sorta thing myself. Hm... If I had to give a criticism I'd say that Pinkie Pie looks a little too pudgy.
