Ah Cracked.com. How I love thee.

All bullies are weak against fire. All humans, really. There is something deeply unsettling about being set on fire, and that's something that can be taken advantage of, vis-a-vis setting a bully on fire.

@Moe: Sooo, pardon me for my upcoming rather broad generalization, but seems like you have a universal negative reaction to anything that even resembles fanboy pandering genre pandering stuff.

I don't understand what this means.

Honestly I'm not sure what I'm trying to get at either. It just seems that you will dismiss anything if it contains even a small aspect of something you don't like, and exaggerate that aspects actual presences. Also, I think you put to much stock in a (imo) vague notion of originality when you analyze things.

Ugh, Pandora's level is frustrating.

I like Pandora herself though

@ginger Other than the Girins (pop out bugs), I thought it was a good level. The Exo Tanks were fun. What do you think of Dark Pit?

PARTY.MOV is already being analyzed.

@Sky My problem is the controls. -_- My hands ar all sweaty and it's causing my hands to slide all over the place. I just can't seem to get the stylus to aim me where I want

I haven't reached the end yet.

Oh yeah, I'm pickier than Ginger about things. Used to drive my mom nuts when we'd order bought-out food...

It's hugely a context-and-intent thing though. The Ember Island Players episode didn't bother me because the whole episode was supposed to be a breather anyway, so whatever. When Sakka is all climbing into Appa's mouth after discovering Aang and Momo have disappeared, and then all Toph can think about is having an outing with Zuko, that makes me wanna pepper-spray the cast.

You know what would make an interesting episode in MLP: FIM? If they have Katrina and Rep appear as antagonists.

Here's what I think would happen: Katrina and Rep would live in a small house in the Everfree Forest. Katrina would be like the anti-Zecora. Like Zecora, she makes potions and drugs, such as Witchweed potion. Unlike Zecora, she wants to sell her products, legitimate and otherwise, to customers and make money. Of course, she knows that her prospective customers, the little ponies, would rather take stuff for free than pay for it. She also knows that it would be bad for business if she tried playing The Aggressive Drug Dealer.

So, the first thing she does is have her faithful lackey and boyfriend Rep wreck up Zecora's place while Zecora is out gathering ingredients. Then, she has Rep (who is disguised as Boxxy Brown) selling the legitimate drugs and potions in Ponyville, while privately, he spikes several foals' drinks to get them addicted to Witchweed, and there's withdrawal involved. Naturally, since Zecora is busy trying to fix up her house, and Rep has a "cure" for the side effects for a price, everypony has to pay for the "cure". The Mane 6 get wise to the fact that something's wrong, and decided to investigate this.

The Aesop of this episode could go like this: drugs (especially when misused) are bad. Also, Zecora realizes that having money could be advantageous, like for fixing up her wrecked hut. So she decides to set up a business in Ponyville, where she would sell potions and drugs for a price. But she is still willing to give out cures for free if the situation is urgent! grin

We probably won't see an episode like that, but hey! If My Little Pony did a Drugs Are Bad Aesop in the first generation, why not in this generation?
