It happened when AJ launched Rainbow Dash higher than what should be physically possible. Therefor, AJ must be made of antimatter.

In Applebuck Season, in order for AJ to launch RD as far as she did, she would have had to weigh like 1000 times more than her, or else RD would only have flown as high as AJ jumped from.

^Not at all. Antimatter is, well, a mysterious substance that explodes regular matter if the two meet, while dark matter is extremely compact (and thus much more massive than it has a right to be).

Not even close. Antimatter explodes when it comes into contact with normal matter, so AJ being made of it would be very bad.
