I'm also curious about that. I actually like seeing the different ways people interpret the ponies as humans. Granted, quite a few of them fall flat, but some of them capture the mane cast really well.

I was just watching Code Geass and I got an idea. Y'know Princess Celestia isn't a queen, and it's been implied that Equestria is just a country and not the entire world?

Well what if her parents are the overall rulers of the ENTIRE world? And each smaller country within it is governed by one of their children?

That...actually makes a lot of sense. Although the sun/moon thing is kinda weird in that case; it seems like that would be more universal than just applying to Equestria.

About humanisation - I deeply hate it. It oposite of what Ponies are and of many things from show.

I love ponyfication and from same reason I love this I hate humanisation. I enjoy ponyfication of any character and humanisation is Berserk Button. I trying to avoid this everytime.

It not only pony into human sitations, I hate any humanistaion like humanistation of Transformers.

I don't know if you understand this reasons. I'm just kind of troper who pet peeve allmost everytrope related Most Writers Are Human.

I get what you're saying, death, but you haven't really given a reason. You've just said that you hate it. Several times.

why do you hate it? Do you feel it betrays the original work, that they were [nonhuman x] for a reason? Do you feel it's arbitrary, and people just do it to have something they feel more relatable? Do you feel that it's a cheap tactic to make things easier on the writer/artists by allowing them to work with something they feel more familiar with and not have to learn something new?

I second this question. We know you dislike it, but we have no idea why. I can fully understand the rule34 stuff, but I still don't get why drawing non-human characters as humans is such a bad thing. Yeah, there are bad individual examples of it, but as a general practice I can't see anything wrong with it.

And I have no idea what "it's the opposite of the show" is supposed to mean.

More curiously he seems to enjoy ponifications a lot, yet hates it when the ponies themselves are human

He also said he hates the Most Writers Are Human trope. Maybe he hates humans invading shows with decidedly unhuman protagonists?

Because it's difficult to explain, and I don't even whant to think about this .

Betrayal is one on reasons but not main, that still make me little hypocrite (for liking ponyfication of other shows). And other reasons, no. I hate when peaople use those as argument agains people who make some thing what they don't like.

Many people who likes humanisation will propably never understand hate for that, for same reason why they like it (because they are human).

That allmost explain my reasons. I hate also idea of humans in MLPFIM (even in fanstuff).
