@JT my take is the second one. She initially became bad all on her own, then corrupted herself with some kind of dark power up. I didn't make her any more evil, it just drove her deeper into insanity.

@Storyyeller: In theory, yes, although I'm not sure how well it would work out. They obviously couldn't be as powerful as NM or Discord; maybe like Trixie-esque, only with some sort of ulterior motive.

And yeah, there'd be a definite change in the tone of the series, and I'm not sure how much I'd want that. I'd much rather have a spin off or something and stick with Slice of Life for the main series.

I would certainly be open to a neutral character. Sometimes helpful, sometimes antagonistic.
