Why do you NEED an episode to focus on a character before you know if you like them or not. I just... can't... gah!

You misunderstand me Ginger. I like Celestia quite well, and she's never had an episode or much focus.

Scootaloo just hasn't really done anything in the show to let me get a feel for her personality. So far she's been completely one-dimensional. So what I'm really saying is, I don't like her as is, but if it turned out she had some depth, then maybe I would.

Trust me, Rainbow was my fave character loooong before she ever got a focus episode, and in fact none of her focus episodes have done anything to make me like her more, to say the least.

A Focus episode can make or break a character, especially if they have had little to no depth or development, like Scootaloo. I liked Twi long before Lesson Zero and my opinion of RD wasn't exactly worsened by MTBPW and MMDW. Know more about a character always helps.

I for one care greatly for Super Speedy because not only does it mean more Applejack (who is best pony), it means more Big Macintosh.

Actually, we've been getting a lot of Big Macintosh. He's cameo'd in like almost every episode this season. Which is a good thing, cause Big Macintosh is a good thing.
