@ Apple: Ponyarchive were extremely classy about a cease and desist letter from Hasbro. To the point where they sent a couple of hilariously bad letters back and put Malware I think on their own site.

Ok, the most that I can confirm is that Amy Keating Rogers recieved some negative feed back and has apologized. Also people have been send her support. I can't confirm if Hasbro or anyone else has actually gotten involved.
