I would too.

I'd actually like to see an episode where there is a perfectly nice pony that one of the mane 6 just cannot get along with, and the moral being "just because you don't gel with someone doesn't mean they're a bad person" but I think that would be too complicated to do in a kid's show.

I honestly do not expect any real changes in the shows current dynamic, until maybe the series finale. Unless it some how turns in to the second season of Reboot on us (which I doubt).

It is, but it was still something I wanted to say.

@Dhana: I agree, although we saw a bit of what would happen in "The Cutie Pox", and Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo seemed to take it pretty well. But yeah, it would be interesting to see the more long-term effects that it has on them.

@d Roy: I can't really speak for canon, but my take on it in that fic is that humans are considered mythological creatures by the ponies, sort of like how we'd view centaurs and stuff like that. We have an idea of what they look like, but nopony expects to ever actually see one.

I remembered about Cutie Pox while writing this, but like you said, time may be an important factor. For example, if the others 2 can't get their marks, they may get a bit angry at the other one for not helping them enough, or something like that.

@JT - Mythological beings are usually created by people associating qualities of existing animals and mixing them. Snakes, bulls, boars are very popular in this regard. It is rare for mythologies to feature creatures that doesn't have any feature of existing animals, as far as my understanding goes.

Were there any bipedal animals Equestria? I can't recall the details.

D'oh! How can I forget about him! I should send him a nice sets of jewels. Uhr, on the second thought, it would be too expensive.

I don't think you can get an image of human from dragons, though. As far as physical attributes are concerned, human are pathetic. Since all ponies are quite sentient and some quite intelligent, no one would imagine being like a human.

IIRC, there was a kangaroo in May the Best Pet Win, so a monkey isn't out of question. Or maybe there was a monkey...Now, I have to watch it. Not like I needed a reason.

After some reflexion, I wonder if the Kangaroo wasn't in Best Night Ever, too...

If The Best Night Ever is anything to go by, they have spider-monkeys. Not sure where the spider bit came from, though, it mostly just looked like a monkey.
