Well, not in such tight circles, perhaps. But it may have been a metaphor for her rather incompetent leadership skills in general.

Let's face it, Ginger. Fun as Puddinghead was, she was not chancellor material. which makes me wonder how she ever got elected. Maybe the stress just got to her after she made it into office.

If you want to see Pinkie dealing with grief, maybe we could have an episode where Gummy grows into a full-sized gator, maybe with his teeth starting to grow back, and she has to release him in the Everfree Forest ?

I love Gummy and don't want to see him go, but I think "freeing a pet" his the closest the show would go to actual death...

Maybe her "Outside the box" method of thinking actually DOES come in handy at points. (it didn't in the episode though, since her BRILLIANT idea is exactly the same as Plattinum's and Hurricane's)

Also, if the "land naming" wasn't an isolated incident, then that would also imply that Puddinghead regularly steals ideas from her subordinates and takes credit for them. (specifically Smart Cookie)

First one is basically the plot for the one-shot fanfic Sunny Skies All Day Long. And it would make an awesome episode.

Second one...I hope it never happen. Ever. Well, except if The Bus Came Back in the same episode (or maybe as a two-parter)

Third one...Would be weird, but why not. As long as the new member is Derpy :D

And sea ponies ? Hey, now that I think of it, we haven't got Generic Episode n°12: the Beach Episode!

I never said I didn't. I just don't like the way she's used and overall she's my least favourite cast member. That doesn't change the fact that it would be wrong to just get rid of her, and the show wouldn't feel the same without her
