Hi everyone , sorry for being a couple pages late , but I had this in my head for a while, concerning the villains/antagonists in the show.

There was a discussion about the worst villains and if one deserved to die; I'd have several things to say there, but let's focus on one I NEVER see mentioned at all there:

the dragon from "Owl's well..." really disturbs me.

Let's see: - The three dragons we know are all sentient and sapient and able to talk. The "Dragonshy" dragon only attacked in self-defense and listened to reason in the end.

-The hydra and cockatrice also attacked to kill, but both are way more on the animal side of things.

-Just imagine this scenario: you return to your house and find a baby there who has eaten some of your food. If you decide that immediate murdering and eating of said baby is the only logical course of action, congratulations, you're apparently an antagonist in a kid's show. O_o

Of course, this is all not meant that seriously.

That's pretty dark... Perhaps there is hatred between different dragon colours?

So not only an attempted baby-killer, but also a racist O_O. He gets worse and worse!

was he really gonna eat him though?

Also, I know that this has no bearing on the Dragon's morality, but I personally like to believe that Spike would've been fine if the fire had actually hit him (he is a dragon after all, he himself said he's immune to fire)

Yeah, I wondered about that one.

Now I'm curious, would Spike be the same as the red and green dragons (personality wise) if he had not been raised in Ponyville? After all, he's being raised in a culture that behaves differently from the dragons.

Yeah, Ginger, I recently rewatched it to check again, to see if maybe he was just scaring him or something... but the fire, yeah, Spike was probably safe. But immediately afterwards, there is a swipe with the spiked tail and a huge bite at Spike.... Not much arguing room there.

More like between winged and wingless.

One thing is sure, Twilight should never bring Spike when she meting adult Dragons (I remember someone asked in Headschracher page why no Spike on quest in Dragonshy)

[upI think because dragons don't care about younglings . In my head canon Dragons are type of creature what have hunder offspring and they need to care for them self moment aweted hatching. This is why bady dragons are so small and why Ponies use dragon eggs during wizard exam.

You're taking a nap and minding your own business, then suddenly 6 jerks whom you've never met before invite THEMSELVES into your house and proceed to:

• tell you to gtfo.
• send in an obnoxious clown.
• try to steal your shit
• then kick you in the face

I always thought it was strange that Spike looked singed around the edges when he teleported with Twilight in "The Ticket Master."

Now imagine if that had been a pony who teleported with Twilight instead of fireproof Spike...

@Death: that makes sense, no problem taking that as fanon .

@Ginger: Oh yes, no argument there, the red dragon was pretty understandably pissed off. That just makes getting into the green dragon's POV that much more scary .

@ginger You forgoting fact that that this wasn't his home, it was place of some pony terytory where he crashed for nap and his mining own bisnes was dangersous for everyone near.

I thought twilight was pretty reasonable about it. On the other hand, he was probably a bit sleepy.

No one OWNED THAT FUCKING CAVE!! He wasn't (knowingly) trying to bother anyone, in fact he probably chose that spot because it's in a place where no one would be around.

Where else is he gonna stay? He'd need to LEAVE THE FUCKING COUNTRY in order to not be a threat anymore!!

I skipped over quite a lot of the fanoning in the last hundert pages about Peeler (still awesome character though), so if my idea already came up, I apologize but: he's a single father at the moment, right? And there is a huge wave of Tealove-love at the moment, right!?
