Oh, I'm not denying that. I thought he was hilarious. I just think it's weird that it seems that the Spike centered episodes seem to revolve around him causing trouble. Then again, the summary is so short and vague that it could be something totally different than what we're expecting. I mean, the Cutie Pox summary didn't mention Zecora or the magic potion stuff at all.

You know, despite it seeming like they keep falling back, I like how the CMC appear to be slowly learning their lesson as time goes on. Sweetie Bell and Scootaloo more than Apple Bloom, as of the start of this latest episode, but still.

By the way, was anyone else a bit confused by all the blank flanks in Apple Bloom's class? I thought that she was supposed to be the only one, as of Call of the Cutie. And since when are Scootaloo and Sweetie Bell in her class?

X7 that's true tough I guess they need to show his nasty side once in a while. He is practically the less flawed. most popular and well liked character in universe. But I agree an episode focusing on his friendship with the mane cast would be much better.

There's a test for moving up a grade. She did good on the written but failed the oral on account of her lisp. It gets worse when she's nervous and she had test anxiety.

I like Spike. He's very chill - but yes, he does have some lessons to learn, as well. I've gotta say, I like these side-focus episodes, but I hope we get more of the girls moving into the second half of season 2.

Personally I like to think of what it's going to do to the inordinate number of fics about spike getting too big.

I kinda wonder what they mean about him getting big, though. Obviously he's gonna shrink back down, so... what? Is it a magic thing? Zecora makes another return and Spike eats the wrong potion?

was the first one. It was awesome, so now we have more.

The description says he gets greedy on his birthday, so maybe it's a result of eating too much. It could be gemstone related, like they have an odd effect if a dragon overindulges on them.

They had to use the nearby lake. Zecora almost couldn't find enough ingredients, but it turns out you can use pine needles as a substitute, in a pinch.
