My tolerance for Trolling Creators really varies based on how heavily they're trolling, and how much the fandom deserves it. Attitude counts for a lot too, the pony crew seems to be just having fun with it, but some creators come across as jerks.

Of course, we all know what would happen after that, but at least it would have been pretty cool.

I don't think Changelings can change the form that much (thoguh I haven't read the comics). They're not T1000s.
