I personally don't consider the comics to be canon. But I guess just becaus I don't accept it doesn't mean that it isn't canon.

The only things that I accept as canon outside of what is said on the show itself are Lauren Faust's words and toys.

Apparently Blossomforth still holds the record for highest proportion of r34 pics. I blame that contortionist lover who did so much fanarts of her. (Thinmint leads the foals, and Big Mac leads the stallions in proportion of nsfw fanarts on Derpi).

@Ace: I remember back when the new arc's cover appeared and Luna had her old mane back. I wonder if there's a specific reason for that, or they just weren't paying attention (which strikes me as incredibly unlikely). Does Nightmare Moon always have something to do with moons?
