Also, I forgot the British/Americain/Spanish Virgin Islands existed...there's all the bloody inspiration for the Keys I need right there.

I'm currently making up a Lime Key flag...see how the flags of Australia and New Zealand have a Union Flag in the corner? I could do the same...stick a small Equestian Flag in the corner of the keys flag.

So, I finally got around to reading the comics, and honestly I think I'm starting to like them more then the actual show {Or at least more then the past several episodes, including the ones I liked}. I'm not even sure why either.

I still haven't read the comics. From what I've heard, though, they're very well written. Darker and Edgier than the series, but still with plenty of funny moments, and chock-full of references.

@Syd: They're only Darker and Edgier insofar as the art style is a bit more realistic in places. The plot is one that could easily be done in the show, only with a slightly more cutesy art style. It's a bit darker than the show, but some people talk about it like it's Watchmen or something.

@Apple: I'd avoid cluttering the flag too much. Rather than put pictures over it, why not just use colors? Like instead of having pictures of it's exports, it could have a colored stripe for each one. Like if it exports limes, oranges, and coffee, give it green, orange, and brown stripes.

@JT: Maybe the plot of the comics could be done in the show, but probably not certain parts. Specificlly not the parts that involve the changlings basiclly killing a bunch of inoccent and adorable cat creatures.

It would only take minor tweaking to include that. They got away with Sombra enslaving a nation for a thousand years, after all. They'd probably just add a scene showing the luvcats recovering afterward or something.

The MLP version of Australia would be inhbitted by bunyips. I've seen a ponified Australia before, bugt I can't remember what it was. The thing is, Australia has no native ungulates.
