I am not usually so lucky with the box. AAAAAAAAAArientation got on there a few times when I updated it, though.

Pretty much what Pannic said. Getting it posted on EQD meant that it managed to get enough hits to make the feature box, which means that it got more exposure, hence more hits, hence it now gets into the featured box when I update it. Of course, it's usually only in there for about half an hour before something else bumps it out, but I'll take what I can get.

Also, two things...I have drawing paper now...and I tweaked his mane style. Thoughts?

Also, I'm working on the other Pegasus too. I want his mane to look like a crest of feathers (like a carnival dancer's head gear), but it's hard to get right.

I'm adding Brazilian love of football and carnivals to the Lime Keys social make up y'see.

Yeah, he looks good ^^ I did like his previous mane style though, with the sort of fang-ish bangs hanging in front of him. That hairstyle looks a bit Wonderbolt-ish.

Make a Wish ended up with 450 Likes, but I earned those pretty steadily over time with ten chapters and 30k words. These people and their lucky breaks in the feature box make me feel bad, but it's not that big a deal.

Applelight are you using drawing pencils or regular old pencils? I found when drawing that if you get some of the softer charcoal pencils they flow better. That might just be a personal preference on my part though.

@Story: Yeah, it's frustrating sometimes. Although the good news is that my story apparently has decent dedicated base who seem to appreciate what I'm trying to do, so there's that, at least. I'd rather have a dedicated niche following than hundreds of people who will probably upvote anything that amuses them.

Youre drawing a lot better than I do without all the fancy gear! I have a Wacom tablet that is collecting dust at the moment since Im doing cake decorating now instead of drawing at the moment.
