PixelKitties makes an excellent point in this journal.

I thought of something about the November 10 airdate. If those first two episodes involve anything military (like maybe something with Shining Armor and the royal guard), it would be rather fitting, since November 11 is Veterans Day in the US. Also known as Armistice Day, commemorating the end of WWI. Or there could be a celebration of a war/fight being over in the story?

After I recovered from the cuteness, I got to thinking. I know tsundere and kuudere, but I'm not sure how to classify Fluttershy.

Which used the be the usual time.

I watched the first six episodes of Dollhouse in one day. And they're twice as long as MLP episodes.

I watched the last 9 episodes of Code Geass yesterday. This is not recommended.

I made the icing for my AJ cake this morning. Im going to coat the cake with orange and do red apples on top, then if time permits at class Im going to do yellow scallops around the top and bottom edges.

I wish I had been able to find apple flavoring for the icing but the shop that carries it wasn't open this morning. It was going to be apple flavored icing on a spice cake base.

Yes, 2012 has been an awesome year so far for me. Why? Well.....

• The Dark Knight Rises came out in theators and was awesome.

• Season 1 of Mlp Fim get's a full DVD release in just two months.

• Season 3 comes out next month.

• We get some awesome looking pony comics

• Godzilla vs Biollante, one of my favorite movies, is finally gonna get a DVD release and it has special features too!

The Dresden Fillies is the more light-hearted of the two best-known MLP/Dresden Files crossovers, isn't it?

Anime styley opening.

Well the animation is quite good. Weird that they chose such a sorrowful sounding song though.

@ librarian, not really I feel My Little Denarians is mroe that though it does have some rather serious or dramativ/Dark parts, it balances those with a lot of the lighthearteed comedic (mostly of the witty dialog/banter) feel of the regular Dresden Files books

Dresden filllies. it starts out comedic and light hearted, but once the seriousness kicks in about half way it drops that and goes all serious and grim. the sequel is a bit better at it, but it never really gets out of being a real serious tone

MLD shifts from lighthearted to comedy to serious action drama and suspense as well as the regular Dresden does, like the one of the latest chapters Starts with the mane 6 and some of Harry's friends on Earth just mesing around with each other, having a few laughs and each others expense, jus general fun and comedy, then they get ambushed, and by the end 3 of the ponies had racked up actual kill counts (though two of those were accidental ad all in self defense) It handles the shift from light hearted to serious better.

though that being said the dark parts of MLD are a lot darker then those from DF, they just have better balancing with the funny and easy going parts. i mean MLD is a sequel to a one off story that is just Pinkie Pie pops into Dresden's apartment out of nowhere and starts trying to through him a party inviting all his friends, including the Arcangle Micheal, and Nicodemus.

All I know about the Dresden Files is that the tv show had Terrence Mann in it, playing a part that was a talking skull in the books but more of a ghost in the show. That's pretty much it.

Bob is AWESOME and the series was pretty good for an adaptation, to bad it got concelled, it was just starting to really find it's footing and get good.
