@Ginger: I think it was less that they didn't care about how she felt, and more that they realized that Celestia wouldn't jump down Twilight's throat for being late. They have more social experience, so they know that Twilight is making a mountain out of a molehill and tell her to relax; they don't realize that she honestly believes that it's monumentally important.

Also, I'm thinking of writing up another one of my review

for this episode. Good idea?

Probably a combination of that, and the fact that the main page really doesn't need to be edited much any more; it really only serves as an introduction; all the tropes and such are on other (unlocked) pages.

Episode-specific tropes go on the recap pages, and those aren't locked.

What Tropes go on the main pages anyway?

The recap pages are for episode related tropes, and character specific tropes go on the character pages. YMMV goes under YMMV. What's left to be put on the main page?

The main tropes pages are things related to setting, or tropes that occur multiple times in the series. Also, the page for the series is the only one that's locked; the pages where the examples actually go aren't, so you can add new tropes to the series.

@ Shota: Why so confrontational? Calm down man. If you desperately need to edit the main page you can always ask a mod to do it.

(We did reopen it at one point, but it's just too big a vandal magnet, for whatever reason.)

I think this episode has officially made Twilight Sparkle the scariest animated character of all time. As demonstrated here, she pulls off nightmarish faces that would make The Joker uncomfortable, can teleport anywhere (just imagine waking up to that face staring down at you), can potentially Tele Frag, has completely lost any grip on rationality, and can bring down an entire town with a single spell.

Frankly, if Discord had unleashed that side of her, I don't think they'd have needed the Elements of Harmony...

I doubt telefragging works in that universe.

I don't think she's too bad; she acts scary but she's not malicious. More liable to actually hurt somebody than Pinkie or Fluttershy, though, even if only accidentally, given the whole magic deal.

To be precise, I find it so damn creepy it flips around and becomes hilarious simply for being that creepy on a show for little girls. Hilarifying, if you will.

I remember finding weird expressions funny as a kid. Mostly Tex Avery stuff. It's nice to have people willing to put that kind of thing in cartoons now.
