@Crowfall: The only bit that I found REALLY cringeworthy in that episode was Twilight's interactions with the Crusaders.

I'll admit I was like, "oh my God, the dreaded Compressed Vice episode! Don't tell me this is what we can expect from this show from now on..."

Yeah. Even without Lauren Faust's involvement, the show's still got the magic. Twilight Sparkle was downright terrifying once she went into psycho mode...I literally couldn't bring myself to look at the screen at points. ^_^

Yeah, it seems like they'll have a bit more leeway this season. I was wondering about that bear scene, the neck twisting thing was surprisingly violent. Even if it did just turn out to be a massage thing.

My god, that was glorious. Insane Twilight, Rainbow Nukes, Gratuitous Derpy... And plenty of old-school cartoon gags. Every reason why we hung on to this show compressed into 22 minutes of "Oh snap!" Best episode so far in my opinion.

If I had ANY problem with this episode it's how Twilight's friends reacted to her at the picnic. I realize that it's the moral of the episode, but they still should've been able to tell that something was wrong with her. She was clearly out of her skull in that scene

I'd love to see how an organized pony army/force would work. Rainbow Dash leading the pegasi as an air squadron, Applejack near the front of an infantry unit of earth ponies, and Twilight directing a large group of mobile unicorns doing ranged attacks.

So yeah, I'd like a Pony RTS too.

Still waiting for a Legion of Losers movie...

The Hub's constant plugs for "Majors & Minors" really got on my nerves after a while. I'm not going to watch it, no matter how many times they plug it. I still haven't forgiven The Hub for cutting into the "Star Wars"-inspired music at the end of "Return of Harmony, Part 2, " either. Way to kill a mood, people.
