Wow, you guys weren't kidding about the same face stuff.

Maybe I'm just bad at seeing it, but they don't look that same-face to me.

I totally get where you're coming from Mousa, but this is getting a little... repetitive.

Cell shaded CGI is everywhere. Wind Waker was cell shaded.

This is why I regret not seeing Avengers.

They're very similar and obviously all based on the same sort of template. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing; even the show itself doesn't bother giving the case different body structures. I do wish he had a little bit more variety in his designs, but if he'd rather simplify his artwork in favor of creating more art, that's his decision. Also, the guy who created that image didn't really pick a good survey of JJ's work to make his point; the expressions are different enough that the sameness isn't very obvious.

Also, what Ed said. We know you don't think much of him. Not everyone agrees. Let's leave it alone.

Only Six Faces doesn't really bug me. In fact I kinda I like it.

See when some tries to draw something too distinct, the faces end up looking deformed.

However, this is coming from a guy loves the artwork for Detective Conan sooooo

Yeah, Only Six Faces isn't necessarily always a bad thing. The show itself does perfectly well with it. As long as clothing and hair, etc. differentiate them I don't see much of a problem.

Also, somebody is spamming the booru with those confession pics.

Ponies can differentiate each other by color and CM so they don't bother looking at faces.

@JT: Luckily, the derpibooru guys are a little more strict about that sort of thing.

I did like that the animators are plugging more body and face and hair styles into the show. Every pony seems less...generic now.
