I would think that responding to an accusation of harboring a fugitive (if I'll be forgiven a metaphor) is on-topic, given the mod-hatted posts I've had to wake up to.

She didn't dispel it on Chrysalis, but she did on the changeling minions. Chrysalis' might be too strong for Twilight to zap.
