Speaking of RL memes, it's weird when I'm talking to my family and my parents don't get even basic internet lingo. Like what a troll is for instance.

I explained what a troll was to my older sister, and the very next day she tried to use it in a conversation with me.

Incorrectly.

You see, she's pretty cool unless she's trying not to be, in which case she somehow fails at both.

Although, I did almost successfully teach her how to hypothetically download things illegally so that she knows how to avoid accidentally breaking the law.

I have a moustache. The full viva zapata number. On teaching others to use kit, most times I have tried, like with my dad for example, he just doesn't seem to want to get it.

I agree with some of the above posters, that piccy of Rarity looks like she is just wearing a separate skirt/blouse combo rather than a dress-type dress.

Always more Hufflepuff bones to sharpen.

@Jimmmyman 10 I believed Back To The Future with its description of 2015 for long time. I expected flying car technology would be invended between 2000 and 2010.

Space Odyssey is best example of false future predictions. Today we should have sentient computers, big ship what can take humans into Jupiter, but also USRR still around and risk of WW 3.

Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.

I just went on Google Docs to try and make something for my rpg group, and noticed there was a Document on my list I've never seen before. I had no idea how it got there, but it turned out to be a fanfic someone had written involving Rarity and Sollux of all things.

It was pretty bizarre, though I only skimmed it.

@Brocolli: Yeah, I'm running an Urban Fantasy campaign. The Big Bad of my first story arc was actually based on Luna, and one of the main enemies was basically a humanoid Changeling. Only one of my players knows I'm a brony though.

@Turtlebutter:...yeah, there are plenty more where those come from. Hope they don't scare you off.

I'm with Rose, I find it hilarious.

@Brocolli: Nope, we play over Skype. We've only had 2 sessions so far, there are 4 players plus myself. One of the players is a poster here (Latenight) but he barely ever posts anymore.

@Brocolli: Oh, sorry, I really don't think I could handle another player right now. Plus as it is it's REALLY hard to find a time when all 5 of us can sync up to play long enough for a session, especially since one of us is in a different Timezone.

Next time I make a campaign though, I'll ask you to join if I have an opening.

Uh...

Wow, it's really awesome to know I have people who are happy to play with me even though for all they know I could be the worst GM on the world. But I have a lot of difficulty handling just a 4 player group already. I can't promise anything, but if the rpg falls apart and I can't play with my current group of friends (which sadly is a definite possibility) then yeah, I'll call you guys up.

As long as you don't mind Homebrew systems anyway.

Sorry. One of the MAIN characters has a Spider theme. Thems the Br8ks, as she would say.

@Dottie: It's a Homebrew system as I said, been working on it off and on for like 10 years. I have kind of a problem using other peoples systems though I have done so from time to time (I ran a Pathfinder game last year). It's meant to be really simple, provide total freedom for creating your character (no classes), and well balanced. It has a good deal of focus on combat, but so does practically every rpg system.
