I would just call it a skirt and top, or "blouse" would be closer, cause it's sort of fancy.

The skirt has a bizarrely high waist, but I think Rarity pulls it off.

I've seen plenty of women wearing like that so I don't find it too bizarre.

I googled and typed high waist skirt. Apparently it's called a pencil skirt.

Oh something else kinda weird: my archeological methods professor recommended we buy our own trowel. One's first trowel becomes an object of great sentimental value to any archeologist worth his or her salt, apparently.

That could be my cutie mark, I guess.

I'm more of a scholar I guess. Although I honestly prefer creative writing to just about everything else. Research is a lot less fun than just making up stuff.

I've tried learning other languages on multiple occasions, and I suck at it. I'm currently working on Greek, and despite 6 semesters of it I can still barely remember the paradigms.

I'd grow a mustache if I could, but I can't. If I tried, I'd end up looking like trailer trash. I can rock a pirate beard, though.
