But the Norse don't pull that petty high school drama bullshit. They go out and fight trolls and do awesome stuff.

There is also much less animal fucking, except for Loki.

But their family is also pretty fucked up.

So Im still reading this Homestuck thing... and its kinda slow and meh.. but every once in a while theres a flash animation that is pretty cool. The storyline is really convoluted though.... and difficult to follow but interesting enoguh to keep reading... especially for the semi epic flash nuggets here and there.

I think its a bit too meta for my slow ass brain.

Holy shit, you guys I just saw a fight!

Oh my God, you would not believe these two guys. They were motherfucking intense. It was the best fight I've ever seen.

Oh, jeez, there was blood everywhere, I swear, I am so freaking pumped right now, oh my God, you don't even know, I am totally serious, it was awesome.

It took all of my willpower not to shout encouraging things to the guy who kicked the other guy's ass.

And then the cops showed up, and aw man, shit got real, and the guy who won the fight had actually only defended himself from the other guy technically, so he probably just legally knocked a guys front teeth out.

Holy shit, guys. It was incredible.

Well, there was a big guy in a black truck and a tall guy in a grey car, and big guy was going slow, so tall guy leans out the window to cuss at big guy to hurry up.

Big guy is having none of that, and gets out of the truck and tall guy gets out of the car and big guy takes a swing and tall guy is having none of that and BAM, free Fight Club matinee. Grab a glass!

Okay, I was studying (read as: skimming a packet for a minute and a half) for English class, and since it was about the Greek gods, I decided to make Greek-themed descriptions of the royal sisters.

Celestia: Goddess of friendship, the sky, and the sun. Symbols include the sun, rainbow, and phoenix. Sister of Luna, whom she used the Elements of Harmony on to seal into the moon once she was transformed into Nightmare Moon.

Luna: Goddess of the night, youth, and the moon. Symbols include the abacus, flower necklace, moon, and stars. Sister of Celestia, whom helped redeem her from her transformation into Nightmare Moon.

Luna

, the "two-horned queen of the stars", is already a Roman Goddess. As for Celestia, apparently she decided for a gender reassignment: you can pick your choice between Sol Indiges , ancient and mostly agriculture-focused sun deity, Caelus, the deity of the sky, and Sol Invictus

, from the later period (it's not clear how distinct it was from Sol Indiges, and no, he did not lead the rebellion against the Primordials

).

Actually, judging by how heavily the Romans were into syncretisation, I wouldn't put it past them to decide that Celestia and Luna are the female, horsey aspects of Sol and Luna respectively

I would love to see a GOOD traditionally evil character. So far we keep getting introduced to cool new characters... only for them to be jerks.

Hey, if anyone plays Kid Icarus Uprising, is there a way to manually increase the difficulty when you die so you don't have to go back to the menu and lose all your hearts if you die during a 9.0 run?
