Something weird occurred to me. It was a possible crossover with Friendship Is Magic where the Mane Cast's universe is the creation of the human Kids from Homestuck after the second session succeeds. In the Homestuck universe, My Little Pony is the constantly overshadowed rival to that universe's cutesy-merchandise driven franchise, Tangle Buddies, and the Kids decided to shape the next universe after that but making it a WHOLE lot more awesome (Friendship Is Magic doesn't exist in Homestuck).

Hell, I already though up titles and planets for each of the Mane Cast:

• Rainbow Dash, Knight of Breath, Land of Speed and Rainbows, Prospit
• Twilight Sparkle, Witch of Mind, Land of Books and Treasure, Derse
• Fluttershy, Princess of Life, Land of Fauna and Angels, Prospit
• Pinkie Pie, Bard of Hope, Land of Cake and Laughter, Derse
• Rarity, Maid of Heart, Land of Silk and Diamond, Derse
• Applejack, Heir of Space, Land of Apples and Frogs, Prospit

Also, many of the close side characters will be thrusted onto each pony's respective planets, surviving along with them. Spike, the Apple clan, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, Doctor Whooves, Derpy's Family, the Cakes, the Princesses, and Discord are heavily considered. Also considered is killing off all the pets (Opalessence, Gummy, Tank, Winona, Angel, and Owliscious) and have the girls prototype them.

Any particular reason you're looking for an established store?

I am currently writing a Harry Dresden crossover. It is, unlike with 95% crossovers, entirely justified in-universe - Nevernever is composed of ideas, and basically anything a human thinks of already exists somewhere there (or vice versa), so the eternal question of "How is this crossover even possible?!" is automatically answered.

A place that bears a specific "mood" in our world connects you to an analogous place in Nevernever. So I need a place to write a portal into.

Maybe it's envy talking but it is silly - in a bad way.

Also, it breaks the main rule of crossovers: whenever you are writing anything, make it so it would be perfectly readable by someone who's not a fan of one of the works. Who's Nicodemus? Who are those people? Why is this happening?

...Why does he rip quotes out of the book?

I've never read Dresden, and I followed what was going on just fine *shrug*

If anything, it actually got me interested and the series is on my reading list now. Though I guess I'd be irked by ripped quotes quite a bit if I recognized them.
