Gag gifts are best done as just a deceptive wrapping on a real gift. No sense of "well what the hell am I supposed to do with this?" afterward.

I remember when I got my N64 for Christmas way long ago, it was wrapped in the usual wrapping paper, and then under that my sister had wrapped it again in her old Strawberry Shortcake tent. That shit would make ovaries grow on your chest.

More recently we gave her and her husband some kitchenwares they'd wanted, but hid it in an old box for Lite Brites or something and filled the leftover space with loose gravel.

This gag gift thing remind's me of something I was once afraid of happening this year. I told my mom about my intreast in mlp:fim once, and for whatever reason, I kept thinking that she was going to end up getting me one of the toys. Mind you, I'm part of the whole Not buying the toys and never ever will camp, plus there are at least a couple friends of mine who don't know about me being a bronie, and I would rather keep it that way. I don't know why the fear popped in my head, but thankfully I grew out of it and it logiclly turned out to be false.

But just tonight I was going thourgh ponibooru, and I saw a caption of a guy holding a pony doll in shame with the word's "Tells parents that he likes my little pony. Guess what they buy me?" or something among those lines. Talk about irony.

Speaking of memes that get crossed over with pony's, am I the only person not annoyed by the arrow to the knee meme? I probably haven't been overexposed to it yet like most people have. And yes, I have played Skyrim {Awesome game btw}.

I'm not annoyed by the arrow meme, but like you I wasn't exposed to it that much. Also, I don't play Skyrim.

Back to the topic of pony's, what kind of crossovers would you ever like to see, be it fanfic or fanart? For me, it would be the following:

The Simpsons. Back to the time when the simpsons was good anyway {I never thought I would live in a world where My little pony is better then the simpsons}.

Wario land. Just picture it. The mane 6 having to deal with a greedy but strong bastard. I could only imagine what would happen with him and Rarity...

Yu Yu hakusho: Eh, just a picture would be fine. For some reason, I could picture dash or gilda as hiei.

Not to me it isn't. To me, it hasen't been good since the movie, and it was already getting bad before then {I actully like the movie though}. Your entitled to your own opinon of course, and I don't bug people that like the newer episodes.

I'm not saying there hasn't been some bad episodes recently. There has been.

But the Simpsons has always had its ups and its downs. It's still mostly on the ups.

If it goes into mostly downs than yeah... I'll be nervous.
