There's two in every crowd! Lyra Heartstrings is an excitable pony often seen bouncing and grinning at the back of the herd or lolling in the park sharing bonbons with Golden Harvest, her PFF. Golden Harvest earned the nickname Carrot Top because carrots are always on her mind. These two ponies can be found all over Equestria, enjoying various activities like jumping across rooftops, running from buffalo, and joining in musical numbers!

I wonder if Lyra and Carrot Top being best friends will end up in the popular fanon. This card has given Carrot Top more characterization than the fandom as a whole, which is kind of sad.

It's probably a space limit thing. They can't get every background character on a card, and, honestly, Bonbon is kinda a tier below Lyra and Carrot Top in terms of relevance.

Really? Because Bonbon has actually had like 4 speaking parts in the show. I don't think Lyra or Carrot Top have had more than 1 if that many.

But Bon Bon has actually had lines. On several occasions.

And they never said that, I was joking. There's an easy test. If what I say isn't remotely funny, it's probably supposed to be a joke.

Lyra spoke in Canterlot Wedding. And I think Carrot Top is the one who couldn't fit it all in.

Bonbon doesn't have a canon name, a toy, or any real fanon applied to her outside of being an item with Lyra. Being "Incidental Ponies #1-5" doesn't help her relevance much.
