Are you sure having "Lauren Faust" as a trademark of Hasbro is a good idea?

(And good luck trying to get "Faust" as a toy name in the Bible Belt...)

Why Hasbro doesn't just release the mane six Blind Bag ponies in a set is beyond me.

I don't think it's that unpopular; Discord seems harmless and silly on the surface, but when you dig deeper you realize that he's a lot nastier than he looks. A lot of folks just get as far as the Affably Evil surface, however.

We already knew that.

They just made his antics seem more comedic than terrifying, cos kids are supposed to be able to watch.

Though I wouldn't be sure on the "murdering" part, he seemed to get his kicks out from just making others feel miserable.

Discord is pretty much The Joker, but toned down.

I use that Scarcream DEATHBATTLE as comparition so for me she is bigger that that.

Hmmm... I don't know how big a Pony is in real life. Probably as big as the Pinkie statue they display at conventions.

Oh man, I do love being creative and even made some puppets growing up... experimenting with making pony plushies would be awesome if I could pull it off! The skill would also be valuable with making plushies of characters that you never see being sold in stores.

If Octavia is using a contrabass, we can scale according with a human, can we not?

I think that's the biggest problem with most Complete Monsters in cartoons. toning them down for kids sake makes it kind of difficult for people to agree. Discord is no exception. and the murder part comes from the stained glass depicting him dangling ponies above a pit of fire. I'd say Discord's MO varies from "mental torture" to "mass murder" depending on his mood. or maybe like a lot of C Ms, he kills ponies when he decides he's board with them.

Problem is, we don't know exactly what instrument Octavia is using. And it only makes sense that if ponies are a different sizes than humans, that the instruments would be scaled appropriately.

There are a couple size charts floating around on ponibooru, based on the idea that Celestia is about 7-8 feet tall (a decent-sized horse), and comparing the other characters appropriately. I think it ends with the mane cast being about 4-4 1/2 feet tall, if I remember right.

As far as Discord goes: he doesn't technically qualify because a Complete Monster's actions need to be portrayed as nothing less than reprehensible, to quote the article: "The character's terribleness must be played seriously at all times, evoking fear, revulsion and/or hatred from the other characters in the story." Discord is most definitely not played seriously at all times. He may fulfill the other criteria, but he quite obviously doesn't fit that one, and according to the article, he needs to fit all five criteria to qualify. Can we move on now?

Wikipedia says that ponies are 14.2 hands - 147 cm at the withers.

So if ponies are this tall if you asume that MLP have same size as real file ponies.

I saw a few pictures that pretty much said "nobody cares about your theories about a cartoon" on ponibooru.

Anyhow, Discord came, Discord played, Discord got stoned. That's it. Now we wait for episode 3 where Twilight is panicking since she hasn't come up with a weekly report for Celestia about friendship.

And agreed on Blueblood being an antagonist.

He antagonised Rarity by being a stuck up snob.
