Off Model
EDIT: On the other hand if it really is off model then the pink ones would technically count as a misprint its price would sky rocket in the future.
^^ Marketing. Gotta sell 'em to little girls, after all.
Though I know that if I were a little girl I would want one that matches the show. (I probably wouldn't be a typical little girl, though)

1) Yes, the baby doll is creepy looking
2) Did I see an Applejack with a hat? I think I did.
3) They gave Pinky Pie a car? I can not see this ending well...
It's worth a try, at least. I mean, I'd say that about anything, really, but the general consensus is that it's good, so unless you're violent opposed to 'girly' things, it probably won't outright offend you.

No love for She-Ra?
Okay, it was good by 80's standards at least. I mostly watch it just to make fun of it nowadays. But it was the first "girly" cartoon I ever kinda liked because it wasn't overpoweringly girly. I'd venture to say MLP:Friendship is Magic is a better Spiritual Successor to that than the original MLP.
Oh brother, not that!

Just another way it breaks apart story conventions?
But yeah, I'd probably call season 1 a girl's show, and season 2... well, I don't know what demographic I'd ascribe to season 2. Probably an older one than season 1, but the "WTF" applies to all ages and genders.
...great, now I have a need to see a Drosselmeyer pony.

Season 2 is still a girls' show. Just with more badass.

An older girl's show, though. What with some of the extremely dark themes brought up in that season. And then add enough brainscrew for any age group.
Aah, I feel compelled to share an extremely spoileriffic AMV now.

...great, me too.
But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...
