I really don't care much for romance stories. They annoy me and frustrate me, because they usually take time away from the meat of the story. I'm all for layers and characterization and nuance and all that jazz, but... hnnn.

And Bolin is best character. He's funny and he can still fight. Plus, he's less of a jerk than the others.

And Lin is best character outside of Team Avatar, because she is AWESOME.

Honestly, I think if she'd betrayed them at that point, I would have stopped caring about her altogether. It would have made no sense for her to do that, and wouldn't have meshed with her character before that moment at all.

@con I like older characters I'm finding.

Lin is alright. She reeks a bit too much of the writers TRYING to make her seem badass for my tastes though

Talking about Korra again? Tarlok and Amon are the best characters, easily.

I don't like Bolin or Lin. I'm neutral towards Mako, Asami, and Tenzin.

For once I actually agree with you on that. It seems like they spent all their time trying to make her cool and forgot to make her likable.

Amon is an interesting villain. Like, last episode, the mood switched from me rooting for him to wanting Korra to get the hell out of there in a manner of seconds.

I think he's a hypocrite on the level of Ghetsis, but still.
