Unicorns cast cloudwalking spells on earth ponies, who are then flown up by pegasi onto cloud bases (Cloud City, anyone?) and proceed to hit key strategic locations. Sneakily. They won't even know what hit 'em.

I wish there was something for me to talk about. Actually, I think I do have something to talk to you about.

There's sort of a fanon thingy that has Lyra being from a rich family, with her mother being Lyrica {One of the pony's Pinkie grabbed during her short song in "Best night ever"}. It's not anywhere near as popular as "Lyra has a human obsession" or "Lyra and Bonbon are dating", but I've seen both Johnjoseco and Madmax make fanart with this idea in it.

except for the little issue of how many Unicorns know healing or cloud walking and have enough power to do so? When you think about it they're the least versatile warriors. They're mostly squishy wizards with magic capability limited to what they have and what their special talent is.

In fact, Unicorns may just be Switzerland.

If you're organizing a spec ops team, you really just need one.

And I'm pretty sure there would be a fair number of unicorns specializing in healing, if you take the whole population of them.

Yeah, if you're planning to send a small team up to the cloud cities, you'd really only need ONE unicorn who knows the cloudwalking spell to cast it on all the team members beforehand

Yay!

OK, he's spend years training himself to be the biggest and strongest equine who's ever lived. If his strength was Dash's speed, Big Mac would be Thunder Lane, or one of the Jock Ponies.

He's turned his hooves into indestructable hammers by bucking rocks, he can jump absurdedly high, carry tonnes of weight on the top of his head, and can shrug off hits that would put most ponies in the hospital.

His real name is Tater Tot.
