@Drenius Gamera? The turtle kaiju?

What's the topic about now?
The relative values of the Swiss Franc and the Euro. What do you expect in the pony thread?
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
@storyyeller NGEH!
Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.
Yes, the turtle kaiju. I'm making a bad joke as Gamera is also, "friend to all children". At least after the first film.

Well there isn't that much to say since the Central Bank intervened to hold the Franc down. I beleive they pegged it at what, 1.2?
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Random thought: Lyra as a Sith would be known as "Darth Harmonica".
@Drenius Sorry, I keep thinking someone MUST be talking about a different Gamera whenever that name is mentioned
What's he like in the first film?

Anyway,
I was actually the only person talking about it. But everyone that's that I'm the only one who matters in setting topics of conversation.

Ginger: In the first film, he's mainly a destructive monster, kind of like if Godzilla were a turtle. He's mostly mindless in the first film and isn't retconned into a protector of earth until the later films.

Would some Earth pony soldiers have massive back mounted crossbows that fire logs?

Now you've got me thinking of
Turtle Mounted Catapults.

Earth Ponies utilising ballistas I can imagine. Unfortunately, I don't see them mounting them on their backs if only because of the force that they produce.

Flails on tails. Also because that rhymes.
@Drenius Earth Ponies ARE super strong. Or some of them are anyway

@Kyler Well, sorry for not knowing anythig about weaponry
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs Schneizel
True, but I just think it's a bit impractical to carry a siege weapon larger than yourself, even if you're strong enough.

Good to know they practice proper fire safety!

Final Wars was fun. Saw American Godzilla getting defeated and blown in a few seconds, HA.

I actually prefer Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidora. That was balls to the walls insane with Godzilla turning out to be the manifestation of the war dead from WWII and King Ghidora is a guardian spirit of the Earth. Best of all, I believe it didn't have Minilla.

@Drenius would it be impractical? If they can carry them around without much trouble, then they're much more transportable than normal ballistas.
an I figured that the weapon wouldn't be larger than the pony, it'd be about the size of his back (but wider) and fire small logs or large sharpened stakes
