Since Canterlot Wedding is god tier I excluded it from the Season 2 top 5

Why just season two? I honestly can't think of a reason not to compare both seasons together as a group.

The Last Roundup. Now things are getting tricky, I guess A Canterlot Wedding since while I liked it I don't think it was the bestest episodes ever. I'll get back to you.

@Ginger: Trying to drown - what, by raining on them? How the mane six responded wasn't prefect, I'll admit with everyone, but it certainly wasn't as bad as most people make it out to be.

My top five episodes are probably...

• 1)Hurricane Fluttershy
• 2)Green Isn't Your Colour
• 3)Luna Eclipsed
• 4)Sisterhooves Social
• 5)May The Best Pet Win

But in the end there's a lot of them competing for those slots. I tend to prefer the duo episodes, I think.

As far as the debate about Leadership abilities goes, I don't think it's necessarily fair to judge dash based on the early episodes. She's been shown to have a pretty solid character arc over the two seasons, and by season 2's end it's pretty clear that she's moved a lot towards being more sensitvie and considerate overall. She's undeniably loyal herself, but she's moving quickly to a place where she can inspire loyalty too.

Maybe that's the true power of the elements; not that their users represent them, but their ability to inspire that quality in others.

@mars because I can't compare them. Season 2 is what's fresh in my mind. I honestly can't lump the two together

I'm a very big fan of Green Isn't Your Colour too. Dam I hate making favourite episode lists. It's just so hard!

...know what? Except for Mysterious Mare Do Well, Ticket Master, Owl's Well That Ends Well and Dragon Quest, I love them all!

• Lesson Zero(It escalated way to quickly, and ended up struggling against the ceiling halfway in)
• Last Roundup(Overall I found it kinda forgettable, people probably remember it for derpy alone, which... eh)
• Luna Eclipsed(I enjoyed it, yeah, but people get too worked up over Luna sometimes)
• Hearth Warming's Eve(Again one that I enjoyed, but I was left wanting more, really)
• Eh... I can't think of a fifth that gets a lot of attention that I didn't think was great.

And I to am invisible apparently.

All the people I respect seem to have Rarity pegged as their pony of choice... (or at least high up their list of favourites)

5 episodes MA Larson

2 episodes Meghan Mc Carthy (she now held title of best episode writers however)

Rest writers are Lauren Faust, Amy Keating Rogers and Merriwether Williams (bad addition to MLPFIM team, sure)
