It's About Time. There was the preview clip, then seeing the clip in the episode and then seeing it a third time later in the episode. It was senseless!

That was the only problem I had with "It's about time". Otherwise, I rather liked the episode.

Honestly, I'd say that the worst episode is Ponyvile Confidential. Seriously.....-_-

I don't see what the problem is with seeing the same scene multiple times. It had a reason for happening and was entertaining.

@mars PC is in my top 5 eps for this season.

the only thing that annoyed me in It's About Time was Twilight's attitude when she went back into the past

I really don't separate the episodes by season when comparing them. If I were to rank a top five, it would probably be:

1. A Canterlot Wedding

2. A Dog and Pony Show

3. Lesson Zero

4. Ponyville Confidential

5. Putting Your Hoof Down

It's mostly Season 2, but I don't think I could create any real rankings past those five. The quality is quite consistent, IMO.

@swas That was one of my favorites.

I didn't really like Friend in Deed. Other than Smile, I can't remember anything else about it.

Okay, it's fine that you all like the episode, I'm not gonna bash you for that or anything, but I still hate it.

The thing is though, I actually did like it up untill the mane 6 found out who Gabby Gums was. After that, it fucking sucked. Yes, I know that was just the last few minutes of the episode, but it was handled so poorly, so riddled with Fridge horror, and so unsatisfying that it made me hate the episode overall.

Worst attempt at an aesop ever. Seriously writers, how did you screw up so badly?

It was just that she was relieved and relaxed when she went back into the past, then SUDDENLY she's acting all anxious and desperate

I got the impression when she used it that averting the episode's events wasn't all THAT important to her. It was one of those "If it works, awesome, but if not, then eh, no biggie" type deals

Mayor Mare is probably a very well respected member of the community (She seems like a popular politician like my home town mayor). So posting slander about her (Even if it is truthful) probably ticked off more than a few townspeople.
