@Ginger It's just an observation, not a preference. If you pay attention, RD is the one to call the others to action, come up with plans, or lead group efforts just as often if not more than Twilight is. Applejack simply isn't the type to take charge. She'll be the first to reign in the leader if they get out of line, though, making her the perfect Lancer.

@Lurker A lot of those seemed pretty situational though. AJ was in charge too in WWU.

Apart from TLR, I can't recall any times when RD has been in charge where the situation didn't neccessitate her to be in charge.

If it involves weather, then of course she's going to be in charge.
