I think the thread is just really active because theres a bunch of people all here at once. Ive cut back a ton on posting because of school... and am kinda going all out tonight cuz Im going insane from studying and am sorta using the forum as a brain enema
Well it's hard to predict when you get real acitivity spikes like this. They come out of nowhere and feed on themselves. It's just like the old Tea Party.

I really don't like this song
Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.

@chada I think it's overated.
@Drenius you didn't have to be so mean

but I didn't catch the OOTS reference
OOTS is famous for having constant debates among fans about Was X Morally Justified? where x is practically everything and everyone in the story.

I'm tempted to ask a question to you all, but I somehow get the feeling I might get bashed for asking it. Hint for now: It has to do with something that is ridiculously popular on this site.

I like it except for one line. The Jane Doe part sounds weird and breaks immersion.

Except Belkar, the answer to that question is always NO when it comes to him.

Exactly What It Says on the Tin. He falls in love with a princess, pretends to be a prince, must win her hand while the Evil Chinese Guy tries to stop him, and uses the power of MAGIC!
Plus, Flying Carpet!
Why does this sound suspiciously like the story of Aladdin?

There's no shame for admitting your love of Firefly.

Ive heard some of the Villains in the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes stuff are pretty brilliant. I was never much into mysteries to read them though

Ginger: I'm sorry, you're right my behavior was uncalled for. It's just that I get frustrated since you are writing off a whole genre of film and literature which I'm quite sure you could enjoy. All because you've somehow convinced yourself that the villain in mystery novels are completely passive forces and the hero just overcomes every obstacle with the slightest exertion. Seriously from everything you say, mysteries should be up your alley.

Hey humans, please forgive me if I'm slow in my response. This "TV Tropes" thing apparently only lets me reply once every ten minutes. Surely its some sort of anti-pony magic.
@ Surprise..have you tried it? if not, how do you know?
...
@Surprise

Why does everypony say I look like Pinkie? I don't look like Pinkie!

@Turttle: Squee! I love Sherlock Holmes mysteries!
And frankly, I'm not a slasher, but my aunt absolutely hates anyone implying he might be gay. It's annoying.
