yeh, i'm not going to bash it til I watch but ugh that CGI looked horid. It was more the pretty inane and stupid way the idiot was trying to oh so suntely convince bronies they will love it, like it was a fact.

You know I really REALLY want to know if the high HIGH execs at The Hub/Hasbro even know WHAT it is we love about FIM.

When I first read that article, I thought that it was supposed to be written in jest.

The high execs probably don't know. but I'm sure SOME of them get it.

I'm still curious if any Executives that look at how massive we bronies are, are able to understand WHY we love the show, i mean the REAL reasons, all the little details, or if tey will just start pumping out Follow the Leader crap with a few superficial smilarties in an attempt to repeat the phenomenon.

Doubt The Hub or hasbro will be that stupid yet, they've been pretty understanding, I'm think other TV stations.

I still loathe when shit like that happens in stories as much as Ginger hates it when the hero can defeat the villain with his pinkie, in his sleep. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or is done well, i just hate it.

@Seraphem: Well, at the very least, the people who actually make the show seem to get it, and at the very least Hasbro seems willing to at least make an effort to understand the fans, which is more than a lot of fandoms get. I mean, they gave us Vinyl Scratch and Lyra toys; there's no way that would have happened if they weren't paying some attention.

@ginger: Well that's the brilliance of it, isn't it? Rainbow'd been upset about this stuff since early in the fic, Grayscale gave her a "little push" (her exact words) and now Rainbow's off the deep-end. It's not like it wasn't set-up, and all the points she brings to the table are pretty spot-on.

I did wonder what Insipid was going to do. She didn't really seem to have a plan for manipulating Rarity

Oh i know the ones in the day to day and creation angle get it and know why we love it, i'm talking the big, head honcho Executive Meddling type exec's the ones at the very top of the chain..but yeah hasbro seems to be taking a very much.."let's not do anything to buck this up and just let the show runners keep raking in the money for us on there own" mentality.

only thing I can be sure she did that actaully halpped the plan was distracting Rarity from the others as theyn worked.

Thus adding to my theory that Havoc is the nicest member of the Mean 6 through being the most honest of them.

I should start watching those LP's again sometime when I have more free time. Though unfortunately, the guy doing them hasn't even gotten to the last case of teh second game yet. I wonder how he'll handle the multiple ending thing.

How anyone can choose the other ending is beyond me. Yeah, the person is evil, but I can't stand being sadistic in a video game.
