Dammit, I'm looking for a show to watch sad

[up] My sis got annoyed by the energy bending too. I was just annoyed and bored throughout the entire final fight.

Cuz I had no reason to believe that Aang was in any danger

If you're looking for a show, ginger, can you tell me what you already watch?

Have you seen Firefly, ginger? It doesn't really have a villain because it got canceled during the first season, but it's still a nice show.

Or, if you're looking for plain comedy, here's the entire British and American series of Whose Line is it Anyway?

Okay so I've compiled what I think is a pretty good starting list for a CRISIS: Equestria Tropes page, thought I'd post it up and see what everyone thinks of it before I leave for dinner. I'll get the page started when I get back. Note these are just the actual tropes I've seen, not any descriptions yet.

Well, Firefly has Niska. He's only in two episodes, but he's rather effective as an antagonist.

@con Something with very smart, manipulative villains. Chessmasters. Battle of Wits. Xanatos Gambits. That kinda stuff.

Death Note, Code Geass. Ace Attorney.

If so, the Mayor is male and is kidnapped at the beggining of the game. If you want to loot his office, you can try, but there are other ponies around.

So that's what the plot of the game is. Any idea when it's starting?

Chapters 19 and 20 up on the liveblog. And a little bit on 20.5. *shudders* I am never doing that again.

You tread dangerous waters, Connie. I advise you take caution. Or wear a hazmat suit. Unless you're actually swimming for real, in which case I'd just go for the caution.

The Firefly movie known as Serenity had a pretty awesome antagonist IMO. Probably the best villain in the series.

I also like Sherlock, which you prolly know about already, ginger. So far, I love it all except for Irene Adler's Character Derailment. In general, though, I love Sherlock Holmes stories!

You'd like the Big Bad — he outsmarts the good guys.

BTW, the new movie adaption was OK, but Sherlock is way better.

It would be like falling in love with your adopted sister after being raised as a family.

That's still not likely to happen though. You're autoamtically conditioned to not be attracted to people you were around when young, even if they aren't biological siblings.

[up][up] I like Sherlock purely because of Moriarty. Without him, I think Sherlock Holmes is incredibly boring

[up][up][up]@story: That sounds like the plot of Frankenstein.

@ginger: Boring? He's only a good guy by default! He's a total jerk! He's brilliant! He's interesting!

Hey Ginger, try watching The Cape. I've only seen the first episode, and it's got a few pacing issues, but I hear it gets better and the first episode was well good enough. Plus, it's got a pretty awesome villain. The dude's name is Chess, and from what I saw he lives up to it. The first time the hero screws with one of his plans he actually manages to twist it to his benefit.

[up][up]Take one of mine, I got plenty. Help yourself to a brother or two, while you're at it.

[up] Kim Possible was a great action cartoon. I liked it a lot as a kid. Also, Phineas and Ferb.
