I like the idea and themes behind The Unwritten, I just need to actually get around to reading it.
Still one of my favorite comics is Transmetropolitan.
Gully Foyle is my name,
and Terra is my nation.
Deep space is my dwelling place,
and death's my destination.

I thought Slepiner was Pinkie's grandmother?

@Turtle: Mid 90's. I don't think it was specifically Word Perfect, but it might have been. I really don't remember.
Also, is there any MLP'd art of Sleipnir out there? Because it would make a kickass T-shirt.
If you can upload it to the TVT server, sure.
This actually makes a lot of sense...

I remember seeing a comic once where Pinkie explained how Loki was her great grandmother.

Now I'm imagining a hot-pink eight legged horse tooling through the sky, doing this.

I trained on Word Perfect and Lotus 1 2 3.
I also did basic programming, and Logo
None of which is useful nowadays!

Wasnt the whole Sleipnir thing something about Loki pretending to be a mare so he could distract some stallion from his work... and he ended up getting knocked up and bearing Sleipnir?
Kinda twisted.

Turtle: I pretty much learned on those word processors too. Word Perfect back with Windows 3.1 and then Lotus 1-2-3 from Windows 98 onward. I really liked it too and stubbornly continued to use it through high school and a portion of university. Although after enough upgrades, the version I had wouldn't even install on the OS anymore.

@Kuroi - when I started learning those word processors It was in DOS! I didnt use Win 3.1 until My Junior or Senior year of H.S.

There we go!
I think you should crop out the watermark at the bottom.

re: Ang Lee's Hulk: I sort of liked it, because it did something interesting. I prefer the second Hulk Movie, though.

Turtle: Hehe, nice. I did get to use the DOS version of Word Perfect a few times in elementary school, although that was more because the computers there weren't good enough to run Windows 3.1. DOS was another thing I was stubborn about since I was a kid who didn't really like change. Part of it might also be that it was ingrained, though, since I was taught how to use DOS on an XT when I was around 3 years old.
And if you feel old, so should I, since from the sounds of things, I'm not too far behind you.
