Agreed! Heartwarming sad I like. Tragic sad? No, NOPE. If I wanted that I'd watch Clannad or Evangelion! Same with grimdark. I like the gritty stuff like Silent Ponyville but not Cupcakes. Cheerilee's Garden is very well-written though, even if it's one of those stories I do not want to read again.

Twixie is the worst pairing. It's somewhere between Zutara and Malfoy/Hermione in terms of "this is a terrible idea." Exacerbated by how pervasive it is.
Personally, I ship based on how funny the name sounds. I've always been a fan of Minerverus, though I don't think that's a popular one.

ok the begining and end are pretty much clop, but the middle, THAT is the part you need to read, just skim through till the cloppy stuff is done, read till it starts again then move on. that middle part is not only a great bit of Character Development, but also makes you look at a later event in a MUCH different light.
