No, I agree that the show doesn't NEED one. This show does great with tricksters and slice-of-life villains. It's just a theory.

Pinkie Pinkie, Pinkie. If there's one thing I want for season 2, more than anything else, it's for the witers to tone down Pinkie just a little, cuz I've been rewatching a few episodes, and my desire to punch her in the face has only been getting bigger and bigger.

I don't mind Pinkie too much, although she does have a way of dominating most of the scenes she's involved in, which can wear thin after a while. It might help if the rest of the cast wasn't so tolerant of her insanity.

That's pretty much me, I think it's also the fact that she's an omnipotent character fuelled by Rule of Funny, which is fine if you actually find her funny. For me though, her antics come off as annoying more often than not (not to say she doesn't have great moments of course)

If there's one thing I want for season 2, more than anything else, it's for the witers to tone down Pinkie just a little, cuz I've been rewatching a few episodes, and my desire to punch her in the face has only been getting bigger and bigger.

I say they won't tone down Pinkie, but they will have her get punched in the face once per episode to make up for it.

Well the stained glass shows Discord being defeated by Celestia and Luna, so it had to happen before Luna was stuck in the moon.

I didn't watch the whole clip either, I only saw some pictures of Discord somebody posted somewhere, and he reminded me of Aku. Well, I watched enough of the clip to know that Rainbow Dash says "dopey Discord", and that's pretty funny.
