Why do you watch treehouse if their treatment of MLP pisses you off so much?

Because it's my only option besides Youtube and anything on there might get pulled at a moment's notice. Besides, watching it on a television is much nicer than watching it on a monitor.

I remember when I was a kid and watched Digimon, the channel they had it on pretty much tossed continuity out the window after the first few episodes and started showing them in random order.

That irritated me. Stopped watching.

Nicktoons Network (now Nicktoons) played the first and second part of a premiere episode of Kappa Mikey and filled the rest of the half-hour on an episode of Kablam's Life With Loopy, with commercial breaks coming in one break too early!

She seemed to be both in the beginning—the beginning of the cartoons, I mean. I believe Rainbow Dash's original backcard story only said that she liked "riding rainbows", and for the animations she was arbitrarily chosen to be the fancy-talking fashion-minded one. I think she lost her "Cool Big Sis" status because Pinkie Pie and Cheerilee had taken over that role, plus Rainbow Dash got a new voice actor who didn't make her sound as old, though I don't know if that happened in other language dubs too.

Similarly, I think Rarity was retconned into being a younger unicorn for her animated debut, as her toy looks like the regular adult pony model to me. At least that's how I explain that infamous Game Boy Advance game, where Rarity uses the same sprites as the rest of the unicorns, including the long horn, but she gets a unique speech portrait with a short horn. And now she's the one whose name was slapped onto the latest pony who happens to be into fashion.

That sort of pissed me off as well, but at least I finally got to see part 2 on TV for the first time due to many distracting events. It seems that they're going to be pretty much doing this backward crap for the fall lineup because my cable box tells me next week is going to be showing Dragonshy before Boast Busters. Oh, and even better yet. Those two episodes they're playing today? From now on for the network's fall lineup, those are the only two episodes they're going to be showing for the entire week...that is unless you want to get up at 5:30 am on Mondays to watch, and even then, it's just a repeat of the 6:30 Wednesday episode.

Edit: And both the 6:30 and 9:30 timeslots air after Dora the Explorer, and it also conflicts because the Looney Tunes Show airs at the exact same 6:30 time on Teletoon.

Does NO channel actually care for MLP?

I want to know why their schedule is so backwards.

I kind of hope they move it over to YTV, maybe they'll treat it less badly. (The two channels are corporate siblings.)

I don't think I get any of the channels MLP airs on.

YTV has carried My Little Pony before, but I legitimately believed they stopped showing any cartoons. I'd be glad to see it there (partly because it's the only channel I actually get that I could see it on.)

The ones on Youtube are there right now. It's not as if they'll be taken down while you're watching them.

Teletoon also carried My Little Pony once, I remember a few years back seeing commercials for either the G3 or G3.5 specials, I forget which. In retrospect, it seems just totally screwed up that they put the Tastes Like Diabetes specials on the General Audience channel but put the memetic incarnation of the show on the preschool channel. But hey, at least with this fall line-up, we don't have to suffer through a purple dinosaur just to watch MLP anymore! (Well, at least back to back.) I agree with Anonymous User, they should put it on YTV, because there's a programming block on there called YTV Playtime which Treehouse's website says is programming for your "not so young 4-7 year old." It even shows Pound Puppies on that block. At least do some sort of swap. Even the Treehouse forums (with the very few posts about the show) have parents complaining that the show scares their children, such as in the second episode with the frightening trees. When even the parents that watch the channel complain, you know change must happen.

Well, yes, but it was in a Q&A segment with one of the people who were working on the episode. He might be a screwed up chimera-alicorn thing, but I'm still pretty sure he's alicorn.
