D'you think Discord being evil is going to be obvious from the moment we see him. Or do you think it's going to be some kind of reveal or a cliffhanger to end episode 1?

Okay, so I'm stuck hosting a Friendship Is Magic game in a system called Pathfinder (tabletop board game for those who don't know). Here's the problem, I've never run a game like that before, so if you guys could, could you drop some possible suggestions in that topic? Free to ask any questions in that topic and thank you for all of the help. I'm not personally fan (so it's a long story how I got stuck hosting a game) but now I'm going to be binging the series in one go.
