The problem with that is that the one time Doctor Whooves spoke it was just in an American accent, not in David Tennant's voice.

He was undercover and use some technobale magic to have ponyvillain accent. And some crazy filly interrupt him during saving world.

No , Doctor from Cloudsdale is other version of Doctor Whoof. He is half time pony, half pegasus.

Hoof cut off during 10th Doctor regeneration cicle, was hited by energy of next regeneration , what resulted with canceling this regeneration and resurecting 10th Doctor Whoof. Later this hoof mixed it self with Derpy Hooves what resulted in creating this "clone" and turning Derpy into half Time Pony.

Still love Carrot Top, in ALL her incarnations.

I hope the creators actually try to give some semblance of continuity to the BP's voices next season. Especially since they should know by now that the bronies pay close attention to them.

No , this is still same 10th Doctor. We saw 5th (many times I mistake him for 6th) in last episode.

BTW Flutershy know him, so she may be companion of him or some previous Doctors (like 4th).
