Or she could just have really short and thin eyelashes. I have many girl friends who have that issue. It's also possible that they somehow got thin or fell out for whatever reason. Her eyelashes are probably just short and thin. It's a common enough issue.

And Rarity is a hermaphrodite. She was born with both parts but the male things were taken away by her parents when she was born. That's why she looks so feminine. Because she is insecure about this genetic condition, she strived to prove her femininity to others by going into fashion. And she was born very feminine-looking anyway.

I think the Seaponies are like Seahorses. Edit: Or are they I can't recall their appearance.

Octoquines are like a pony torso and above on top of a mass of tentacles. So cute.
