I think her namesake scen is from 'Bridle Gossip' - When Twilight is wandering through town, there's a brief shot of Ruby (or OPCP, or what have you) on her doorstep, and OPPP pokes her head out and drags her back in. She's also one of the customers Applebloom harasses in 'Call of The Cutie'.

I can understand people not liking it, it's people hating it I don't get.

I'm almost suspecting that the people who say they hate it either don't know what they're talking about, are exaggerating a lot, or just have tastes that aren't comparable to most people.

Problem Sleuth and Home Stuck are both stories that start out ridiculously stupid and become increasingly involved/complicated as they go. Problem Sleuth didit in a way that exemplified Rule of Funny, mostly because it was run, at least partially, by a suggestion board. Home Stuck however, has a somewhat set overarching story (with virtually no influence from suggestions after the first act) and proceeds to make more and less sense as you read it. Honestly though, I can't talk too much about Home Stuck without spoiling some stuff. Its about four kids who play a game with very serious real world implications. Then it gets weird.

Hussie puts up recaps occasionally to set everything on track. Its actually best to just run with it and catch what you will. Most of the stuff you missed will probably come back and get a full explanation in due time.
